London – 8 July 2020:Global Cloud Xchange (“GCX” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that Brian Fitzpatrick is joining the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Fitzpatrick, an international telecommunications industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, joins the Board to support the reemergence of GCX as a leading global provider of managed next-generation networks. GCX draws on the expertise of its Board to help the Company strategically expand its solutions, and ultimately, advance digital transformation for enterprises, new media providers, and telecoms carriers. Mr. Fitzpatrick’s insights and experiences will be a crucial driver in the Company’s continued success. This appointment brings GCX’s total board membership to five.
