Reliance Communications and Global Cloud Xchange Announce Sale of Yipes Customer Base to GTT

MUMBAI – November 18, 2016: Reliance Globalcom (“RGSI” dba Global Cloud Xchange), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications (RCOM), today announced the sale of its Yipes customer contracts and certain other related assets to Onyx NewCo LLC, a newly formed Delaware subsidiary of RCOM (“SaleCo”). Simultaneously, all of the outstanding interests held by the Company in SaleCo were transferred to GTT Americas LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GTT Communications Inc., an established, publicly listed U.S. carrier that provides domestic and international communication services.
